APGA National Chairman, Sly Ezeokenwa, Family Announce Burial Arrangements For Late Father, Chief Sylvester Anyarue Chukwuma Ezeokenwa

The family of the late Chief (Hon.) Sir Sylvester Anyarue Chukwuma Ezeokenwa, KSJI, has formally unveiled the burial arrangements for their dearly departed father, grandfather, community leader, and statesman, who peacefully passed on at the age of 71.

The announcement was made through a public statement signed by his son, Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

Describing the late Chief Ezeokenwa as a man of peace, Barr. Ezeokenwa paid tribute to his father’s lifelong dedication to community development, public service, and fostering unity across political, religious, and social divides. The Ezeokenwa family of Ummunwabuaku-Umuezenwakpadolu Kindred, Umublio Village, Amanasaa Umuchu, Aguata LGA, expressed profound sorrow over their patriarch’s passing, but also deep gratitude to God for a life marked by humility, generosity, and selfless service.

The late Chief Ezeokenwa was a seasoned political administrator, devout Catholic, philanthropist, and Knight of St. John International (KSJI). He played pivotal roles in the political evolution of Anambra State and was widely respected for his wisdom, compassion, and unwavering commitment to peace and development within Umuchu, Aguata, and across Anambra State.
