In a heartbreaking incident that occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, three children from the same family lost their lives in a fatal road accident along the Celica-Kukumoda axis of the Ife-Ibadan expressway.
According to reports obtained by Vanguard, the tragic event unfolded when a heavy-duty truck transporting goods suffered brake failure, veered off course, and crushed the unsuspecting children.
Eyewitnesses at the scene revealed that the victims were students on their way to school when the accident occurred. The sudden nature of the incident left the community in shock and deep mourning.
