However, on each occasion, the system froze midway and declined to proceed with the transaction, making it impossible to complete payment.
This persistent failure of the portal confirms what many customers have been lamenting—that access to meters has been deliberately made difficult, forcing some to stay awake late into the night in hopes of finding the platform accessible.
