The CEO Stelconic Properties Limited, Chief Sir Chukwuemeka Nkem Pat Orjiakor (Onwa Nibo Chukwu Goziri), has joined millions of well-meaning Nigerians and Ndi Anambra in particular in mourning the death of the first Executive Governor of Mordern Anambra State, Chief Chukwuemeka Ezeife (Okwadike Igboukwu).
Chief Orjiakor disclosed this today, Friday while speaking with NewdayReporters in Awka.
Onwa Nibo while speaking revealed that the news of Okwadike’s death came to him as a shock, describing the former governor as a huge loss for Ndi Igbo in general.
In his words “Anambra has lost a great son, Ndigbo has lost an irreplaceable voice, Nigeria has lost a patriot and a father-figure. It saddens my heart that we lost him at this critical time in the nation’s history that both the state and the country really needed his wealth of experience in governance.
“Okwadike was a man of wisdom and integrity, his passion for progress and his unwavering commitment to good governance were exemplary. History will treat him kindly, He will be remembered as a man who served Anambra state and the nation with distinction and provided impactful leadership whenever he was called upon.’
“On behalf of my family and staff at Stelconic Properties Limited, we join the Ezeife family and entire Ndi Anambra in mourning a father and most importantly a leader for us People of Anambra State.
“All of us as Ndi Anambra are mourning this great loss, but we cannot question God.
My prayer is that the good Lord receive him in heaven,” He prayed.
Hon Orjiakor extends his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, the Government and People of Anambra State, Ndigbo at large and the entire country, while praying the Almighty God to grant Okwadike eternal repose and give comfort and strength to his family and friends during this difficult time.
