The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Stelconic Properties Limited, Chief Chukwuemeka Nkem Pat Orjiakor, has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of Anambra State, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, as he marks his 65th birthday.
Speaking to journalists in Awka on Monday, Chief Orjiakor described Governor Soludo as a remarkable and visionary leader whose life has been defined by excellence, intellect, and unwavering commitment to public service. According to him, the governor has consistently proven himself as a trailblazer and high achiever, setting a standard in every role he has occupied.
Chief Orjiakor recalled Soludo’s distinguished academic journey, noting that he graduated top of his class with a First-Class Honours degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and rose rapidly to become one of the youngest professors in Nigeria. His outstanding contributions as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, particularly the landmark banking sector consolidation, were also highlighted as transformative and heroic efforts that stabilized and repositioned the nation’s financial sector.
Reflecting on Governor Soludo’s tenure so far as Anambra State Governor, Orjiakor commended his dynamic approach to governance and the remarkable achievements recorded within just three years. These include the construction of over 700 kilometers of roads across the state, the introduction of free education up to senior secondary school level, and the provision of free antenatal care and delivery services. He further lauded the employment of over 8,000 teachers and 1,000 healthcare professionals, the revitalization of primary healthcare centers, and the ongoing construction of five new general hospitals in Anambra North, all of which reflect Soludo’s commitment to inclusive development.
“Happy birthday to the working Governor of Anambra State,” Chief Orjiakor said. “Your leadership strides are not only visionary but also impactful and progressive. You have earned the title Oluatuegwu through your actions and selfless service.”
He concluded by praying for God’s continued guidance and strength for the governor, while expressing hope for four more years of purposeful governance. “May this new age bring you more wisdom and continued excellence in your service to Anambra State and Nigeria at large. Happy 65th birthday, His Excellency, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo,” he added.
Recall that Chief Orjiakor recently endorsed Governor Soludo for second term in what was a glamorous event in Awka that attracted many political stakeholders across the state.
