The service, held in honour of the late Queen Josephine Okonkwo, who was laid to rest earlier this year, was attended by notable guests, including his brother-in-law, Hon. Speaking to the congregation, Chief Orjiakor stressed the need for Christians to serve God with pure hearts and selflessness. He encouraged those whom God has blessed with wealth to use their resources to advance the gospel and improve the lives of others.

In a show of generosity, the real estate magnate presented a ₦500,000 cash donation on behalf of his wife and children for the ongoing church construction, and further promised to paint the church upon its completion.
