A tragic incident occurred in Lagos on Sunday when a four-storey building collapsed at 333 Borno Way, Alagomeji, in the Ebute-Metta area of Lagos Mainland Local Government.
Emergency responders rushed to the scene, where one person was confirmed dead. Eight others, all adult male construction workers, were pulled out alive from the rubble by the Lagos State emergency team.
Authorities have since secured the area to prevent further casualties, while rescue efforts and investigations into the cause of the collapse are ongoing.
