The Managing Director Stelconic Properties Limited, Chief Chukwuemeka Nkem Pat Orjiakor, has extended his warm Independence Day greetings to Nigerians, while calling on citizens across all walks of life to recommit themselves to peace, hard work, and the collective task of nation-building.
In his Independence Day message delivered in Awka, and made available to NewdayReporters, Chief Orjiakor emphasized the importance of reflecting on the sacrifices of Nigeria’s founding fathers and national heroes who labored for the freedom enjoyed today.
“Let every Nigerian remember the efforts and sacrifices of our heroes past. Their vision for a united and prosperous Nigeria must continue to guide us. Through shared hard work, resilience, and commitment, we can collectively build a brighter and more promising future for our great nation,” he stated.
He further described Independence Day as a time to celebrate Nigeria’s rich cultural heritage and the enduring spirit of unity that binds its people together. “On this day, we celebrate not just our sovereignty but also the freedom and opportunities we hold dear. May we always remain united, inspired, and committed to creating a better Nigeria for generations to come.”
Chief Orjiakor also called on political leaders and public office holders at all levels to demonstrate true patriotism, lead by example, and ensure that good governance remains at the heart of their service to the people. According to him, governance is a sacred responsibility that must be discharged with sincerity, integrity, and accountability.
