VIDEO: AMB. IKEBUNWA LOTANNA FLOORS SMART, ASIWAJU, OTHERS, WINS NDC PRIMARIES IN NNEWI NORTH, NNEWI SOUTH AND EKWUSIGO FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY

Video evidence from Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo indicates that Amb. Ikebunwa Lotanna has won the NDC primaries in the constituency by a wide margin.

In Nnewi South, Ikebunwa garnered exactly 503 votes, representing over 50% of the total votes cast, to win the local government.

In Nnewi North, the result was even more striking, as his line was the only line party members agreed to stand on, pulling a staggering 1,000-plus votes, with less than 20 votes going to his opponents, including former House of Assembly Member, Hon. Smart Okafor. Ikebunwa pulled over 90% of the votes.

In Ekwusigo, the story was not different. Video evidence shows that he won by a large margin. While Peter Uzokwe, the current House of Representatives member, saw that Ikebunwa had won, he allegedly led some thugs to disrupt and stop the counting process. Although party members immediately began protesting, he allegedly took away the party officials who came to organize the election and left the venue.

Despite the video evidence and the fact that people witnessed Amb. Ikebunwa clearly winning the election by a landslide, one still wonders why, up till now, neither the party election organizers nor the results have been seen. Nobody knows what these unpopular individuals are plotting, but the people have spoken unanimously, and the video evidence circulating across social media proves so.

While party members are still waiting for the officials who came to organize the primaries to announce Amb. Ikebunwa Lotanna as the winner of the primary election, they have warned that if the NDC truly wants to win the election in Nnewi North, Nnewi South, and Ekwusigo Federal Constituency, it should do the needful by announcing the most popular candidate on the list and the candidate who has the support of the people as the official winner of the primary election, which he clearly won.
