The once-glamorous marriage between Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and billionaire politician Senator Ned Nwoko has taken a dramatic turn, unfolding into a heated public confrontation filled with accusations and emotional exchanges.

In the latest development, Senator Nwoko alleged that he gave N125 million to Regina’s mother over the past two years, responding to reports that the actress accused him of neglecting her family.

According to him, she reportedly attacked three staff members within two days and later moved out of their matrimonial home to a place where she could have “unrestricted access to drugs.”
Nwoko added that he had offered to sponsor her rehabilitation either in Abuja or abroad, insisting that he had never been violent toward her. “I have other wives, and none has ever accused me of abuse. Regina is the violent one here,” he said.
However, Regina Daniels has vehemently denied the allegations.
In an emotional video shared online, the actress admitted that her family is currently “in turmoil” but maintained that she married “for love, not for money.” She accused Nwoko of using his political power to have her siblings arrested as a means to force her back into rehabilitation. Regina also expressed fears that her youngest sister could be targeted next.
Vowing to protect her children and mother, she pleaded with the public to stop attacking her family, emphasizing that her focus remains on their safety and well-being.
