I Will Win 2027 Presidential Election – Kwankwaso

Rabiu Kwankwaso, the national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), has expressed strong optimism about winning the 2027 presidential election.

Kwankwaso, who ran as the party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, made these remarks on Saturday during the inauguration of the NNPP Secretariat located along IBB Way in Katsina. His visit to the state was also part of a condolence trip to the Yar’Adua family, following the passing of their matriarch, Hajiya Dada.

Kwankwaso confidently stated that the NNPP is gearing up to take over key political positions across Nigeria, including the presidency and state-level offices, in the upcoming 2027 general elections. He emphasized that the party is on a successful trajectory toward achieving these goals.

Additionally, Kwankwaso noted that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), once a significant player in the nation’s political landscape, is now a defunct entity, remarking that he and others had left the party because it had lost its direction.

In a direct message to Nigerians, particularly women and youth, Kwankwaso warned them not to be swayed by trivial incentives like spaghetti or monetary offers during the next election cycle. He also urged party leaders to intensify their efforts and remain dedicated to ensuring the NNPP’s success both at the state and national levels.

Kwankwaso praised the party’s leadership in Katsina for the renovations carried out on the state secretariat, noting that these improvements were part of broader preparations for the party’s future achievements.

The NNPP’s Katsina State Chairman, Alhaji Armaya’u Abdulkadir, also addressed the gathering, explaining that the party is actively working to educate voters on the significance of its new logo.

According to Abdulkadir, the new logo, which emphasizes “education for all,” reflects Kwankwaso’s core vision. He highlighted the need for grassroots sensitization campaigns to ensure that party members understand the importance and meaning of the updated symbol.
