Nwajagu Samuel Makes History as First African to Win Mister International Title

Nigerian model Nwajagu Chinemerem Samuel has etched his name in history after emerging as the first African to win the prestigious Mister International beauty pageant.
Samuel clinched the coveted title at the 16th edition of the global competition, which was held on December 14, 2024, at the Island Hall in Bangkok, Thailand. His victory marks a major milestone for Nigeria and the African continent, further highlighting Africa’s growing presence on the international fashion and beauty stage.
Renowned for his dedication to fitness, fashion, and overall wellness, Nwajagu stood out among 47 contestants from different countries. His confidence, charisma, and disciplined approach to modeling earned him the admiration of judges and audiences alike.
In addition to being crowned Mister International 2024, he also won the “Best in Swimwear” award, a recognition that underscored his versatility, physique, and strong stage presence.
Following his win, Nwajagu received a warm welcome from officials at the Nigerian Embassy in Thailand, who commended his achievement and the positive image he projected for the country. Speaking in interviews after the event, he expressed deep appreciation for the support he received throughout his journey.
