Soludo’s Re-Election and Swearing-In Reflect Ndi Anambra’s Confidence in His Transformational Leadership — Chief Orjiakor

Chief Chukwuemeka Nkem Pat Orjiakor, the CEO, Stelconic Properties Limited, has described the re-election and swearing-in of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo for a second term as a clear reflection of the people’s satisfaction with his leadership and performance in office.

Speaking with journalists shortly after the inauguration ceremony at Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka, the frontline House of Representatives hopeful for Awka North and South emphasized that Governor Soludo’s overwhelming victory at the polls was not a coincidence, but a direct result of the tangible progress recorded during his first four years in office. According to him, Ndi Anambra have, through their votes, affirmed their confidence in a leader who has demonstrated competence, vision, and commitment to the development of the state.

Chief Orjiakor noted that Governor Soludo has distinguished himself as a solution-driven leader, successfully addressing numerous challenges that previously hindered the growth of Anambra State. He highlighted the administration’s prudent management of public finances, pointing out that the government has achieved significant developmental milestones without resorting to borrowing, a feat he described as both commendable and rare.

He further observed that the positive impact of Soludo’s administration is evident across virtually all sectors of the state. In the education sector, he cited the recruitment of over 8,000 teachers and the introduction of free education from primary to secondary school levels as bold steps toward improving access to quality education. In healthcare, he referenced the employment of health workers in public hospitals and primary healthcare centres, alongside the implementation of free antenatal care and free delivery services, which have significantly improved healthcare access for residents.

Chief Orjiakor also pointed to the government’s commitment to workers’ welfare, noting the consistent and timely payment of salaries. He commended the “One Youth, Two Skills” initiative, which has empowered thousands of young people across the state, equipping them with practical skills for self-reliance and economic productivity.

On infrastructure, he praised the administration’s aggressive road construction drive, which has led to the completion of over 800 kilometers of roads, effectively opening up previously inaccessible communities and boosting economic activities across different parts of the state.

The founder of the Onwa Nibo Chukwugozili Movement added that under Governor Soludo’s leadership, Anambra has continued to uphold its identity as the “Light of the Nation,” driven by innovation, progress, and purposeful governance.

Expressing optimism about the future, Chief Orjiakor stated that the governor’s second term presents an opportunity to consolidate on the gains already achieved while accelerating the pace of development across the state. He reaffirmed his confidence that the administration will continue to deliver impactful governance and elevate Anambra to even greater heights.
