The Minister of Works, David Umahi, has extended warm felicitations to business magnate Aliko Dangote on the occasion of his 69th birthday, praising his contributions to Nigeria’s industrial development and economic growth.
In a statement issued in Abuja on Saturday, Umahi described Dangote, who is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Dangote Group, as a towering figure in business whose achievements continue to bring pride to the nation.
He commended Dangote’s decades-long investments and innovations across key sectors of the economy, noting that his efforts have significantly strengthened Nigeria’s industrial base.
The minister also highlighted the collaboration between the federal government and the Dangote Group in advancing the “concrete road revolution,” describing it as a strategic initiative aimed at delivering more durable and high-quality road infrastructure across the country.
“Your remarkable contributions to Nigeria’s industrial growth remain a source of pride, and I deeply appreciate your partnership in our concrete road revolution, an initiative that is delivering more durable and high-quality road infrastructure across the country,” Umahi stated.
He further wished Dangote continued good health, strength, and greater achievements in the years ahead.
